It. Tastes. GOOD! Seriously, this alone won me over. I felt I’d biased to review it because of that, but there’s nothing to fear — its formulation is actually fantastic as well.
Healthy Gut by Terra Origin sets itself apart with a science-backed formula built around L-Glutamine, Quercetin, soothing herbs, and PepZinGI®. Unlike generic gut powders that rely only on fiber or probiotics, Healthy Gut targets multiple angles: repairing the gut lining, easing bloating, and improving nutrient absorption. The inclusion of PepZinGI®—a clinically studied zinc-carnosine complex—makes it a standout among competitors.
The powder format also ensures quick absorption and easy daily use in water, smoothies, or even recipes. It has become my go-to gut support, and I def. recommend you try it out.

Total Restore by Gundry MD is one of the most popular gut health products on the market. It falls into the “Digestive Health” category, but it is actually in capsules. While it’s a good product, I am TIRED of including yet another capsule into my routine — more so when there actually are great alternatives.
With lots of products you are kind of stuck with pills and there’s nothing you can do about it. Since there are powder alternatives that are arguably even better than this, at least for me choosing the powder is a no-brainer. But if you are a pill-purist, this is your pick, it’s formulation is good:
It features over 20 ingredients, including L-Glutamine, licorice root, N-acetyl-D-glucosamine, and PepZinGI® — great ingredients that target gut health support.

Leaky Gut Revive is also pretty good. It’s aimed directly at repairing intestinal permeability and soothing digestive discomfort. Its formula relies on L-Glutamine, Aloe Vera, and herbal extracts like Slippery Elm and Marshmallow Root to calm irritation and rebuild gut integrity.
It’s a more focused product, so if “leaky gut” describes your issue to a T, and there’s no other fronts you’d like covered, this is your pick. Being a powder gives it great versatility, but I personally didn’t like how it made things taste. It’s not a strong flavor, it’s just… Weird. (It’s definitely easier to chug than grass……)

AG1 has a reputation, that’s undeniable. It also tastes like grass, 100% undeniable. It’s formulation is great, I’m sure it does you good on the long run, but it’s NOT specifically formulated for gut health, so I’d just stick with this if you have other goals with this kind of supplement and you are the kind that doesn’t mind having to plug your nose to chug it down every day.

An example of why I think you should steer clear from buying probiotics on your own. This product is quite famous and well reviewed, however, its CFU count is not clearly disclosed and the strain variety is low. I do NOT recommend this. I just included it here because knowing what NOT to buy is half of the battle.
There are Probiotics options out there with better strain variety and great CFU counts, but honestly, I’d recommend consulting a doctor before putting living bacteria into your gut…
